Application
The bio-based Methyl Amyl Ketone (MAK) replacement is a precise electronics cleaning solvent that dries entirely with no film residue. It outperforms MAK in terms of cleaning power and solvent usage, and it is simple and inexpensive to distill/recycle.
Furthermore, it is an excellent solvent for ink formulations, with 20 % to 30 % greater viscosity reduction efficiency than MAK, and it enables high loading capacity on ink formulations.
