AllCell Develops Matra Solar Flow-R

AllCell Technologies has exclusively designed and produced an Energy Store System called Matra Solar Flow-R for the use of Matra Manufacturing Services. The new system draws solar energy and saves it in a collection of lithium-ion batteries by utilizing the patented PCM technology solution of AllCell.

The ESS solution allows the light electric vehicles such as electric scooter to exchange the used batteries of their vehicles with fully charged batteries or charge the batteries that exist in the vehicles by utilizing a plug fixed at the front side of the ESS. Provision of an extra connectivity option allows the usage of current from the storage batteries during peak power periods for other usages cost-effectively.

The ESS incorporates a 1.44 kWh (48.1 V, 30 Ah) high power lithium-ion battery pack from AllCell. The patented PCM technology utilized in the 8 kg module allows the module to have the best power mass of 180 Wh/kg to offer maximum heat supervision and protection. The exclusive thermal properties offered by PCM technology increases the life span of the batteries and permits their usage even in heat conditions up to 45°C+ and improves the storage capability of the battery.

The electronic system while managing the flow of energy between the modules also achieves maximum efficiency in managing the transmission of power between the solar panels, solar modules and the power grid thus allowing increased renewable energy usage with reduced functional costs.
