Sunvalley Solar Receives Second Solar Contract from Vessey

Sunvalley Solar, a solar integration systems and solar power technology, declared that it has contracted one more accord with Vessey, a Holtville, California-based company, to install a solar system. The contract identical to that of the earlier one will require the solar installation at a different location.

The signed accord will require SunValley Solar to install a 54.34 kW solar power system that comprises 572 solar panels supplied by Tianwei Solarfilms and a 50 kW PV Powered solar inverter. The total contract is valued around $249,964. The proposed solar system will produce around 93,435 kilo watt hours of electric power every year. The extra power produced by the system during hot summer months will be traded with the Imperial Irrigation District Utility, a local power utility company to compensate the energy requirement during the shady winter period.

The signed accord is backed by solar energy incentive rebates amounting $120K from the local power utility company and Federal Tax Grants amounting to $75K Federal Treasury Department. The installation of solar systems at both the places is anticipated to commence in the middle of 2011.
