The C Series water electrolysers from Nel Hydrogen use Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) technology to generate up to 30 Nm3/hour of hydrogen gas at a purity of 99.9998%.
The electrolyzers are suitable for a range of industrial applications. They replace the requirement for liquid hydrogen storage or hydrogen tube trailers, decreasing operational safety hazards related to delivered hydrogen.
Features
- Pure hydrogen at process pressure – up to 30 barg (435 psig) hydrogen and 99.9998% purity
- Cost-effective hydrogen supply – tracks electric costs
- Increased safety – caustic chemicals are not used
- Virtually zero stored hydrogen – removes the hazard of flooding the space
- Small footprint – only a fraction of space needed compared to trailers or cylinders
- Dependable supply of hydrogen – field-proven reliability
- Quick and easy installation – normally up and running in a day
- Automated – safe operation without manual involvement
- Low maintenance – needs as little as 4 hours of annaual maintenance
