Important Instructions

  • It is highly advised to test this product under specific application parameters before commercial usage, as Saint-Gobain is unable to forecast or control every possible use.
  • Surfaces must be clean and devoid of dust, oil, moisture, grease, and dirt. Isopropyl alcohol is good for cleaning surfaces.
  • Apply an even pressure of 103 kPa (15 psi) to ensure good contact between the tape and the bonded material. The application temperature should be between 16 and 52 °C (60 and 125 °F). Applying these tapes at temperatures below 16 °C (60 °F) is not recommended since the adhesive does not flow and can result in poor bonding
  • The adhesion between the substrate and the tape strengthens over time, often reaching its final bond strength in 72 hours. Heat the product over 40 °C (105 °F) to expedite the adhesion process.

Shelf Life

This product has a shelf life of 24 months from the production date, provided it is stored in its original packaging at 50% relative humidity and temperatures up to 21 °C (70 °F).
