City of the Lordsburg to Install 1.5 MW of Solar Energy Projects

Sparq, Inc. (Sparq), Nautilus Solar Energy, LLC ("Nautilus Solar") and The City of Lordsburg, New Mexico announced today an agreement to supply solar energy to the City of the Lordsburg. The 1.5 MW solar energy project ("Project") will comprise of rooftop and ground mount solar installations for behind-the-meter applications at the city's waste water treatment plant, well pumping station, fluoride plant, city hall and fire station. The systems are expected to go on-line late in the summer of 2014.

Yingli Solar-HNSP Develops Over 100 MW of Solar Projects in Hainan Province

Yingli Green Energy Holding Company Limited ("Yingli Green Energy" or the "Company"), the largest vertically integrated photovoltaic ("PV") module manufacturer in the world, known as "Yingli Solar," today announced that its joint venture ("JV"), Hainan Solar Power Co., Ltd. ("HNSP") has developed more than 100 MW of solar projects in Hainan Province, China since its establishment in 2009. Yingli Solar is the exclusive module supplier for all of HNSP's solar projects.

EDF Renewable Energy Enters 20-Year Power Purchase Agreement with Southern California Edison

EDF Renewable Energy has announced a 20-year Power Purchase Agreement with Southern California Edison (SCE) contracted through the California Renewable Auction Mechanism (RAM) competitive procurement program. The 19.8 megawatt (MW) Patterson Pass wind energy project is located in the Alameda County portion of the Altamont Pass Wind Resource Area east of San Francisco.
