Nordex to Install 134.4 MW Amakhala Emoyeni Wind Farm in South Africa

A major order will enable the wind turbine manufacturer Nordex to further expand its business in South Africa. The independent power producer CENNERGI has placed an order with Nordex for the delivery and turnkey installation of the 134.4 MW “Amakhala Emoyeni” wind farm. CENNERGI’s principal shareholders are the South African mining group EXXARO Resources and India’s Tata Power.

Platina Partners, Arise Windpower Celebrate Official Opening of Jädraås Wind Farm

Private equity infrastructure specialist Platina Partners LLP (Platina) and leading Swedish onshore wind developer Arise Windpower AB (Arise), will later today celebrate the official opening of the €336 million Jädraås wind farm at an event at the site. At 200MW, the development will be the Nordics largest onshore wind project and one of the biggest in Europe.
