Jackson Family Wines Installs Large-Scale Tesla Stationary Energy Storage System

Today Jackson Family Wines (JFW), the family-owned California luxury wine collection best known for its acclaimed Kendall-Jackson winery, announced it has installed one of the first large-scale Tesla stationary energy storage systems across a number of its wineries. Earlier this evening at a private unveiling in Los Angeles, Tesla introduced its energy storage offering. JFW was included in the announcement as one of Tesla’s early strategic collaborators.

Ameresco Awarded 18.6MW Renewable Energy Solar Facility Contract at Fort Detrick

Ameresco, Inc.,, a leading energy efficiency and renewable energy company, announced today that the Defense Logistics Agency Energy, in coordination with the U.S. Army Office of Energy Initiatives (OEI) and the U.S. Army Garrison Fort Detrick, awarded a contract to Ameresco for a 18.6 megawatt (MW) direct current (15.0 MW alternating current) renewable energy solar facility to be located at the Fort Detrick Army installation in Frederick, Maryland.
