SunEdison, Inc., the world's largest renewable energy development company, today announced an agreement to develop and install four solar power plants for the City of Long Beach, delivering a combined 2.5 megawatts of solar energy. SunEdison has added the plants to the call right list of TerraForm Power, Inc. (Nasdaq: TERP), a global owner and operator of clean energy power plants.

Prenatal Exposure to Air Pollution May Affect Childrens’ Brains

A small imaging study suggests prenatal exposure to polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), the toxic air pollution caused in part by vehicle emissions, coal burning and smoking, may be bad for children's brains and may contribute to slower processing speeds and behavioral problems, including attention-deficit-hyperactivity-disorder (ADHD) symptoms, according to an article published online by JAMA Psychiatry.

IKEA to Install Bloom Energy Fuel Cell System at Emeryville Store

IKEA, the world’s leading home furnishings retailer, today announced plans to install a fuel cell system manufactured by Bloom Energy at its location in Emeryville, CA – one of two San Francisco-area stores for the Swedish company. Serbian Government Grants Reservoir Energy Permits for Brodarevo Hydroelectric Projects
