Despite its importance, this fishing is not as controlled or studied as professional fishing. For the first time, a study examines this activity, whose effects are increasingly more similar to traditional fishing. For this reason, scientists demand greater control.

SunEdison Purchases New Turbines to Develop 1.6GW of Incremental Wind Energy Projects

SunEdison, Inc., a leading global solar technology manufacturer and provider of solar energy services, and TerraForm Power, Inc. (Nasdaq: TERP), a global owner and operator of clean energy power plants, today announced that SunEdison had purchased new turbines that will enable SunEdison to develop up to 1.6 gigawatts (GW) of incremental wind energy projects which qualify for the U.S. federal production tax credit (PTC). TerraForm will purchase the projects from SunEdison once they achieve commercial operation.

1991, 1995, 2003, 2010 - again and again, increased water temperatures lead to bleaching with fatal consequences for stony corals in the Andaman Sea. These animals are highly susceptible to changes in water temperatures. Even a small temperature rise damages the symbiotic algae living in a cell layer of the corals causing their expulsion by the coral host.
