200kW Low-Temperature Boilers from Moderator

Moderator manufactures biomass boilers with different capacities ranging from 10 to 300kW. These boilers use forced draft system to attain a heating efficiency of 85%. The 200kW low-temperature boiler uses an electronic system to manage the operation of a blowing fan to maintain a constant temperature. The combustion process of this boiler system offered by Moderator is automatically controlled. This wood burning boiler system is available in two-chamber-water-pipe structures. It is equipped with an ash pan, thermometer, hopper door, and a door for removing slag. The controllers are utilized for handling the operation of central heating pumps and blowing fan.

The 200 kW low-temperature boiler has a maximum heating power of 200 kW, and it weighs 1400 kg. It uses different types of solid fuels such as scraps, wood waste, bark and straw as well as hard coal for combustion. This boiler system measures 260 cm (width) x 125 cm (depth) x 165 cm (height), respectively. Blowing fan, electronic controller, and a washout hole flap are other features included with this boiler.
