Versatec Ultra Series Water Source Heat Pump from WaterFurnace

WaterFurnace provides the Versatec Ultra series commercial geothermal and water source heat pump. This model incorporates a scroll or a rotary single speed compressor and set on a double isolation system. The blower inlet rings used in the model enables easy removal of motor and blower without unplugging the duct work. For maximum humidity control in crowded locations this model incorporates a hot gas bypass and hot gas reheat system. The flush mounted water connections provide leak free service.

The Versatec Ultra series is available from 0.75 to 6 tons range in vertical and horizontal designs. The length x breadth x height measurements of a 6 ton vertical model is 25.5 x 31.2 x 48.2 and that of a horizontal model is 25.5 x 53.0 x 21.2. The cabinet of this heat pump is made of heavy gauge galvanized steel for corrosion resistance and the foil faced cabinet insulation provides better air quality and allows easy cleaning. The patented FomiShield coating provides resistance against formicary corrosion.

The Versatec Ultra series offered by WaterFurnace incorporates PSC blower motors with a range of airflow selections for ease of operation. For improved efficiency optional ECM blower motors are also available. The IntelliStart feature included in the model requires 60–70% reduced level of start up current, prevents light flicker and lessens startup noise and boosts the life of the compressor.  The ThermaShield coating used over the water-to-refrigerant heat exchanger defends condensation.
