Talbotts Biomass Energy Systems provides the Bio Junior Boiler Systems. The Bio Junior boiler system is available in 50–300 kW range. The package of this system includes a fully automatic bunker feed system and an integrated fuel storage.
This sturdy system is designed to use a variety of fuels such as wood chips, SRC, miscanthus, pellets and others. This model incorporates an advanced system to regulate fuel feeding, managing the combustion rate to suit the requirement of heat and for achieving optimal energy efficiency. This system allows loading of fuel in a variety of ways.
Bio Junior Boiler Systems
The Bio Junior Boiler Systems provided by Talbotts Biomass Energy Systems has a step grate system to maintain even burn all through the fire chamber for efficient functioning. The computer-controlled PID monitors the fuel input and heat output and automatically shuts down the boiler when the stock of input fuel goes below 25%. The vertical triple pass self-cleaning heat exchangers utilized in the model ensures regular cleaning of the system for continuous efficient functioning. The forced draft fans and induced draft fans incorporated in the system ensures steady burning rate for increased efficiency.
The Bio Junior Boiler Systems comes with optional features such as auto ignition for programmed switching at given dates and times, automatically cranked heat tube cleaning system to reduce the system maintenance, lambda oxygen control for increased fuel efficiency and energy output and extra storage capacity to store extra fuel for use.
