The SPR-8000f inverter model provided by SunPower is a vertical and wall mounting model and utilizes NEMA 3R enclosure. The width x height x depth measurement of this unit is 434 mm x 926 mm x 244 mm and weighs 38 kg. The recommended max array input power of this model is 9200 W, its MPPT voltage range is 230–500 V, max DC input voltage is 600 V, max. DC input current is 37.4 A, DC voltage ripple is < 3%, and has six number of fusible string inputs.
This positively grounded solar inverter utilizes an integrated, lockable DC disconnect switch for disconnecting the DC power for increased safety. The amplified AC output makes this model convenient for commercial usages up to 100 kW. The SPR-8000f offers a peak efficiency of 96.2%.
