PetersenDean Creates New Fund to Support Small to Mid-Sized Solar Energy Projects

To meet the requirements of mid-sized solar energy projects, PetersenDean has introduced a fund that will primarily help projects that range between 50 and 500 kW. The roofs and solar energy systems company’s aim is to provide capital sources for customers who have been overlooked by large PPA providers in the industry.

In an announcement, Founder of PetersenDean. Jim Petersen said that members of the community, previously underserved and overlooked, would now have a reliable source to fund their low cost projects.

Established in 1984, PetersenDean provides roof and solar energy systems throughout the United States. The privately held company has operations in over seven states. It has won a “Best in Class” reputation for its contributions to the community. Roofing Contractor Magazine honored the company as the Contractor of the Year in 2009.
