Solar master planner, inventor and architect involved in the design and deployment of sophisticated solar systems worldwide Envision Solar International, Inc. has introduced its Quick Service Restaurant (QSRs) approach featuring CleanCharge solar charging stations and Solar Groves solar parking arrays for parking lots. CleanCharge is an initiative to bring electric vehicle charging stations and clean solar energy to QSR parking lots.
The Envision Solar CleanCharge vehicle charging system offers restaurants with a Solar Trees array named Solar Grove, equipped with a hybrid electric vehicle charging station and electric vehicle. The Solar Trees offer shade for the vehicles of diners, while facilitating the restaurant to balance its energy consumption by the use of a solar system that is grid-connected. Customers at the restaurant can also recharge hybrid and plug-in electric vehicles.
Envision Solar International has inked partnerships with various financing firms for power purchase agreements meant for QSRs. The restaurants can purchase electrical energy even for a period of 20 years.
Envision Solar International has also created partnerships with companies that offer essential services and products. ChargePoint Networked Charging Station producer Coulomb Technologies, Noveda Technologies and photovoltaic producer Astronergy, a Chint Group division, have all partnered with Envision Solar International for the QSR initiative.
