Victron Energy Launches BlueSolar Panels

Over the years, solar panels usage has grown exponentially. Unlike non-renewable fuel resources, the usage of solar power is a sustainable method to produce energy and is also environmentally friendly. To this end, Victron Energy on June 7, 2010 launched the BlueSolar Panels for the Dutch and global markets.

These panels are of industry-best quality: the tempered glass offers increased impact resistance and stiffness. An anodized, sturdy aluminium frame facilitates the modules to be conveniently mounted on the roofs with a range of mounting systems. The panels have a high-sensitivity to sunlight throughout the complete solar spectrum and excellent low-light performance. When the panels get exposed to shade and do not have sufficient sunlight, the bypass diodes reduce the energy drop resulting from the shade.

The BlueSolar panels come with a warranty period of 25 years on performance and power output.
