Ricoh Eco Board is a fully solar powered electronic billboard with 24 thin-film PV solar modules. Sixteen LED floodlights illuminate the billboard. To equip the Eco Board’s top surface with solar modules customized for low-light conditions, Ricoh opted for Rec Solar, a provider of solar power equipment.

Ike Kakegawa, Ricoh Americas Corporation’s environmental sustainability vice president, stated that apart from the billboard, the commitment of Ricoh is evident in the products and services it offers to users. Kakegawa also added that with its Total Green Office Solution, Ricoh is helping users meet sustainability objectives.
