SID-PV Solar PV Powered Circulating Pumps from ACS SolarSystems

ACS SolarSystems offers SID-PV Solar PV powered circulating pumps. The magnetic coupled drive pumps are used for direct connection to PV modules. The compact static impeller driven pumps measuring 127 mm x 76 mm in size has no moving parts or seals and uses an electronic driver or motor for maintenance free working.

The parts of the pump are manufactured using corrosion resisting bronze and stainless steel. The brushless motor used in the pump does not suffer wear and tear and works for years. The SID-PV solar pump offered by ACS SolarSystems can be used with all types of solar water heating systems.

SID-PV Solar PV Powered Circulating Pumps

This pump requires no main electricity supply and utilizes the direct source power in the range of 3-7 V or a maximum of 20 V from the installed PV panels. The pump makes a soft start using 1 W generated solar power and circulates heated water or glycol mix fluid from the solar collector through the heat systems for heating the water. The pump ceases its operations when the solar collectors stop producing power. The PV intelligent variable speed control incorporated in the pump allows it to operate even during cloudy weather conditions. The PV powered pump incorporates LED signals for the purpose monitoring the operation of the pump.

This pump is light in weight and weighs only 0.9 kg. For efficient working in all types of weather conditions this pump incorporates IP 42/Class F insulation. This pump works in temperatures ranging from -10 to 120ºC and withstands up to 10 bar pressure. The SID-PV Solar pump can be installed for both vertical and horizontal type of pumping requirements.
