Alignment Supplies, Inc. has introduced its novel Wind Turbine Blade bracketing solution, developed for application with the flange flatness measuring system Easy-Laser E915. The Easy-Laser E915 facilitates measurements that were previously very difficult to measure. The novel Wind Turbine Blade bracket, developed for application with the E915 for measuring on composite materials, facilitates an effective and easy measurement process.
Moreover, the E915 features wireless Bluetooth technology, facilitating faster and easier measurement of flanges. The new product also integrates new color graphics and technologies.
With an ergonomically built display unit, the E915 is developed to meet the needs of the users. Powered by an innovative technology called Endurio Power management, the Easy-Laser E915 ensures that operators will not face power shortage problems during the measurement process. The system has multiple data storage and documentation options: creating a PDF document in the system’s display unit, saving information to a flash drive or connecting to a PC. The system also comes with the free EasyLink software, U.S. Repair and Calibration support and two-year warranty.
