Catch the Wind Completes the Corporate Re-Domestication Process to Cayman Islands

Catch the Wind Ltd., a global major that develops and manufacturers Vindicator(R) laser wind sensor (LWS) as well as other wind sensing solutions, has completed the process of corporate re-domestication to the nation of Cayman Islands to achieve greater flexibility in probable future financings.

Additionally, the “.s” symbol has been removed from the existing trading symbol of the company. The trading symbol of the company on the TSX Venture Exchange has been changed to “CTW”. The common shares of the company will trade under its novel CUSIP number.

All the registered shareholders of the company will be receiving a Transmittal Letter for advising them on the way to exchange their respective certificates for the certificates that represent post-re-domestication shares of Catch the Wind. Shareholders need not have to purchase novel share certificates to provide evidence for the shares owned by them.
