Via:Sys Intelligent Video Analytics along with Surveillance Grid Company have partnered to offer the commercial solar energy sector of North America with a complete video surveillance system equipped with sophisticated video analytic technology produced by Via:Sys Intelligent Video Analytics.
Surveillance Grid Company will conduct deployment of the Perimeter Security system, which has been widely installed across the emerging solar industry of Europe. During July 13-15, both of the companies will be displaying their wares at the InterSolar North America 2010 at Moscone Center West Hall in San Francisco.
The increase in demand for solar power throughout the world has, in turn, led to the growth of the solar energy sector. In 2010, the solar industry is likely to grow to $90 billion. Therefore, all these solar power facilities need comprehensive security solutions. Currently, the products of Via:Sys Intelligent Video Analytics are used for protecting solar energy facilities that produce around 180 MW of solar power.
The Senior Account Manager of Via:Sys Intelligent Video Analytics Anson Moran commented that the partnership with Surveillance Grid Company will make the complete system integration of the company’s solution available to customers in Canada and the U.S.
