The Timken Company, a public enterprise, that manufactures abrasion management and power transference products, and provides allied services has declared the delivery of mega sized bore bearings to XEMC Windpower co.Ltd by its affiliated company Timken-XEMC located in Xiangtan, Hunan province. The new double row conical roller bearings have a peripheral diameter of about two meters. This turnkey project started in January 2009 was accomplished in a record time.

From its production unit located in Canton Ohio Timken meets its clean steel requirements for production and to manufacture other types of wind energy components for other companies.
