PowerFin Announces Ability to Fund More Than $100 Million of Solar Energy Projects

Presently, PowerFin Partners, LLC, a company that manages institutional funds meant for renewable energy assets, has the ability to fund more than $100 million of utility and commercial-scale solar projects in Canada and the U.S.

PowerFin Partners, by means of its solar projects investment, enables companies operating in the solar industry (developers, equipment providers and integrators and other related capital sources) to develop and grow their businesses. PowerFin Partners, through its funding process, offers all of the essential contracts (Site Lease, O&M, EPC and PPA) and engineering for the complete operation and execution of the solar-producing facility.

The President and Managing Director of PowerFin Partners Tuan Pham commented that some degree of confusion still exists in the solar industry regarding power prices, value of solar and incentives. He believes that the company’s rich experience in evaluating energy assets will facilitate more solar projects to be completed.
