Iskra MIS, d.d. is a Slovenian company engaged in providing uncomplicated energy management solutions in areas such as distributed sources control, intelligent usage of energy, quality of electric power networks, stylish installations and demand side management. The company has of late declared the accessibility of a PCCI for linking the low level electric power produced by green energy sources to a power network.
The PCCI tenders easy connectivity for all categories of electrical energy produced by renewable and green energy sources such as hydropower stations, wind power stations, photovoltaic, cogeneration or minor power stations. The interface while permitting the connectivity also monitors the functioning of hydroelectric power stations, wind turbines and solar modules from a distance through a simple control and Ethernet access and assures secure disconnection from the network when required. The PCCI also extends security features, such as voltage control, island operation, frequency control and others, and can be used in isolation or in combination.
The PCCI can be ingrained in the same cabinet connected to the network for the reduction of overheads. The cabinet used must be compliant with the demands of electric utility supply requirements and conditions that are mandatory to connect small power stations to the network.
MiSmart is a comprehensive software for studying and storing data about energy consumption in residences, mercantile buildings, and other industries. It permits observation of multiple metering points and fully suited to our requirements and also doubles up as an energy advisor.
Iskra MIS, d. d. is planning to exhibit its PCCI and other products at booth number 9846 in the Intersolar North America 2010, to be held in Moscone Center West Hall, at San Francisco from 13th to 15th July.
