Envision Solar International, Inc., one of the leading solar architects, inventors and planners of clean energy systems, has announced its latest solar innovation called as the LifeVillage. The LifeVillage offers widespread and rapid deployment of system-built, solar-integrated, safe buildings that offer shelter as well as clean energy during crises times.
The LifeVillage makes use of efficient, cutting-edge solar PV panels for offering clean energy and long-lasting steel-framed buildings where conventional electrical energy production and related distribution and transmission infrastructure cannot go. The LifeVillage, spanning an area of 3,500 square feet, provides for amenities such as solar-powered clinic, schoolhouse, purified water, residences, refrigeration as well as modern communication facilities.
The LifeVillage, with a power generation capacity of around 50 kW, can deliver electrical energy to the nearby community, providing power for needs including charging solar lanterns, batteries and cell phones.
