Greenscape Capital Group Inc Aims to Build World’s Greenest Parking Operation

Greenscape Capital Group Inc., a Canada-based company practicing profit accumulation through energy competence and environmental safe business, has announced the names of the solar and wind energy suppliers chosen for its Denver parking place. The parking facility is designed to use wind, solar and geothermal energy sources in addition to equipping other green features.

The wind turbine installations for the parking place are performed by Vibrant Solar a Denver Colorado based company. The installation includes eight vertical access wind turbines manufactured by Mariah Power and currently installed near the main entrance drive. The Aerodynamic Windspire model wind turbines measure 30 feet tall and 4 feet wide and incorporates a propeller free design for noiseless functioning. The AC power generated by the wind turbines will be directly used to power the systems utilized at the facility.

Currently Piper Electric an Arvada Colorado based company installed the solar facility at GP parking lot. The intended six pole mounted solar facility supplied by EverGreen will be connected utilizing UL4703 certified and offered with a 25 year power guarantee.

Greenscape is planning to manage the project with its project operating partner ProPark a company engaged in providing parking management services and parking real estate services in USA. Currently they are interacting and working with a number of green product suppliers engaged in an array of green product sectors for the purpose of incorporating green features in the planned green parking operation.
