EVSO Announces the Successful Completion of Solar Lighting in Brookshire

Evolution Solar has announced the completion of its solar power lighting demonstration project construction situated in the City of Brookshire, Texas.

The project was started on May 26th of this year under the letter of interest between the City of Brookshire and Evolution Solar. City of Brookshire has provided, the site for installation of the project and has permitted EVSO to use the demo site for demonstrating its products to potential EVSO clients. Evolution Solar is currently constructing another solar demonstration site at the campus of Houston University in collaboration with Texas Southern University and planning to utilize the demonstration sites for the growth of its business and compete with other companies such as BP, Massey Energy and Canadian Solar.

Robert Hines, EVSO President, recalled the cooperation of the City of Brookshire all through the project and expressed his happiness about commissioning of the project. He called the demo project as a positive step from EVSO and an important land mark for the City of Brookshire. Joey Vaughn, Mayor of Brookshire, expressed his excitement about the commissioning of the project and said the project has made Brookshire an important place for green energy initiatives.
