Cenergy Power and Primex Farms Commence Construction of Solar PV System at Wasco Facility

Cenergy Power, a developer of solar energy offering top-ranking solar solutions, and Primex Farms, a processor/grower of pistachios as well as trader of nuts and dried fruits, have commenced constructing a solar PV system with 1.1 MW capacity at the state-of-the-art Wasco pistachio facility of Primex Farms.

Owing to its expertise in project structuring and engineering, Cenergy Power was chosen for designing and constructing the solar system. The design of the solar system is customized to produce more than 1.7 million kWh of clean energy per year over available ground space, roof space and carports of the facility. This equals planting pines over an area of 274 acres or eliminating 1,283 metric tons of carbon dioxide from the earth’s atmosphere.

Cenergy Power, as part of this agreement, will provide planned operations and maintenance ("O&M") work for a period of 10 years, such as preventive maintenance, repair, touch-free panel cleanings as well as overall system warranties.
