Greenscape Completes Geothermal Borehole Work in Denver

Greenscape Capital Group Inc. has completed its geothermal borehole work in Denver. The drilling of seven boreholes each with a depth of 300 feet has been completed. The boreholes were drilled at the Denver Greenpark LLC ("GP") green parking facility that has geothermal, solar and wind incorporated into its design.

This geothermal system will be utilized for heating and cooling particular portions of this parking facility such as indoors as well as climate controlled areas. Thus, GP customers can experience services that are hospitality-oriented, climate controlled and weather-protected.

Additionally, GP has other green features such as wind turbines, solar power arrays, LED lighting as well as electric vehicles charging stations. Greenscape Capital Group and Propark, its operating partner, are working currently with many suppliers for making GP as the greenest parking facility in the world.
