Oerlikon Solar Sponsors the Zero Emissions Race

Oerlikon Solar, a global leader in supplying thin-film silicon PV production systems, has joined the race for global zero emissions. Oerlikon Solar is the Oerlikon Solar Racing Team’s principal sponsor that is taking part in the Zero Emissions Race and will use its electric vehicle Zerotracer.

This Zero Emissions Race goes on to promote sustainable transport and mobility, while aiming to generate overall enthusiasm for the usage of renewable energy sources towards fuelling vehicles as well as establish high environmental standards. The competing teams would be racing around the globe for a period of 80 days.
