Solar Energy Initiatives to Inaugurate Solar Training School in South Carolina

Solar Energy Initiatives, Inc. through its SNRY Solar Inc. business division is all set to open a solar technical training school at South Carolina. The company, which specializes in the area of solar project development, workforce training and distribution, has announced the receipt of approval for this school opening.

The company’s Solar EOS subsidiary will be developing and facilitating this solar installation school.  The solar school will provide training options towards career building.  This solar installer school has been designed for training prospective solar installers in terms of classroom sessions in theory and design while providing extensive learning by means of hands-on experience as well.

In order to ensure that the students enter the South Carolina workforce with great competitive advantages, Solar EOS has taken a comprehensive approach towards solar that includes sustainability, green building strategies and technical know-how of the energy efficiencies that utilize the LEED Green Building Rating System as the main curriculum.  This is an eight-week course that provides for 200 hours of classroom as well as field education inclusive of hands-on training in excess of 30 hours.
