Vaenza Obtains LOI meant for Zephyr Wind System

Vaenza, Inc. has obtained a LOI towards a Zephyr wind system from a customer based in the U.S. This wind system comprises VAWT (Vertical Axis Wind Turbines) that are pleasing in terms of effectiveness as well as aesthetics. These wind turbines are environmentally-friendly units that reduce the carbon footprint as well as fossil fuel emissions.

The users of wind energy in the United States stand to get a federal rebate of 30% as well as state utility incentives, as per the DOE (Department of Energy). In 2009, the U.S. had become one of the fastest-growing markets in wind power, only next to China. A new record had been set in 2009 with wind power additions to the extent of 10 GW in terms of new capacity installation, representing an investment of $21 billion.

At this present speed, wind power is all set to become a significant contributor towards the power mix of the U.S. In 2009, wind energy projects had accounted for 39% of all the novel electric generation capacity. Wind energy is currently capable of delivering 2.5% of the electricity supply of the United States.
