Talbotts to Unveil Efficient Biomass Generator at Wood Exhibition

Talbotts, a biomass energy firm, is all set for launching its wood-fuelled biomass generator at the wood exhibition named W10 Working with Wood during October 3-6 at the NEC in the U.K. Staffordshire-based Talbotts has developed this new plant with the help of its bio-energy team at the adjacently located Harper Adams University College.

Talbotts’ BG25 combined heat and power (CHP) generator features the commercial automotive engine technology for ensuring continuous operations of its self-sustaining generator cycle. This new generator makes use of waste biomass that is readily available in forms of pellets or wood chips for generating consistent power levels and making it an ideal choice for organizations as well.

This device contains a power generating capacity of 25 kW. This self-contained system achieves overall efficiency of unprecedented levels while promising CO2 savings to the extent of 212 tonnes annually.
