Deepwater Wind Applauds Google’s Efforts in Developing Wind Industry

Deepwater Wind has applauded Google’s efforts in developing USA’s wind energy industry with reference to the Atlantic wind connection project. Google as well as its partners are trying to establish USA’s supremacy in the offshore wind industry globally.

Harvesting abundant and clean wind resources off America’s coasts becomes critical to the nation’s security and economy while transmitting that clean power also becomes a critical component in building this industry.

Towards powering the Eastern Seaboard, Deepwater Wind has been working for the past several years in producing cost-effective solutions for submarine transmission towards facilitating the company’s vision in building larger-sized wind farms.

Deepwater Wind’s transmission solutions would be serving the Southern New England market as well as the New Jersey-New York market. Constructing offshore wind farms would also offer many advantages such as reliability and energy benefits, while also highlighting the importance attached to the development of transmission infrastructure.
