BookMerge Technologies Takes Over Extreme Biodiesel

BookMerge Technologies Inc has made known its interest to buy 51% stakes in Extreme Green Technologies, Inc. dba Extreme Biodiesel (EGT) from Green Protection Services, Inc.

The Extreme Green Technologies, Inc. dba Extreme Biodiesel (EGT) established in 2007 as a Nevada company is eligible to perform business activities in California. The company was originally established to build-up a market and to develop the commercial applications for personal bio-diesel processors, bulk bio-diesel fuel and other associated products. The company presently has a licensed and approved bio-diesel manufacturing facility in the city of Corona CA. The facility is capable of manufacturing around 4,000 gallons of bio-diesel per day utilizing unused and waste vegetable oil. The current manufacturing facility can be increased to 20,000 gallons per day if the situation warrants. The company currently markets five variants of the individual bio-diesel processors called Extreme Extractor through online and other outlets. The company is actively engaged in exploring and developing of substitute raw materials for the production of EPA approved alternative fuel for use in all types of diesel engines.

The company is under its mission to meet the bio-diesel demand in USA, to remove its dependence on imported fossil fuel, to reduce the impact of fossil fuels and to do away with the problem of changing prices of fossil fuel and to create more green jobs locally.
