WindPower Innovations Signs Letter of Intent

WindPower Innovations Inc, a company providing basic structures and grid connectivity solutions for wind power generating companies has declared that it has given its consent by signing a Letter of Intent (LOI) to forge an exclusive functional alliance with a well known business enterprise that uses its heavy lift potentialities for lifting huge equipment and other parts related to large sized multi megawatt power producing wind turbines working in Oregon.

In pursuance of its discussion with the Oregon officials to create more job opportunities in the renewable energy sector, the company used the LOI it has signed with another company which was looking to improve its business to add wind energy sector in the list of renewable energy job opportunities. The important partnership is expected to rapidly improve its repair, renovate capabilities and allow it to supply a full range of hardware required for wind power production with an organization that is willing to function solely with and through WindPower Innovations.

John Myers, the company’s President and CEO, expressed his inability to share the confidential clause of the accord except assuring the investors that the company is progressing in the right direction and more details will be shared in the next few months.
