CNPV Signs Agreement with AE Photonics to Supply Solar Modules

CNPV Solar Power, a public limited company, and AE Photonics, a project development and distribution company, declared that they have signed an extended continuing partnership accord for the delivery of 300 MWp solar PV modules during the period 2011 to 2013.

As per the agreement signed before the local government officials, China Development Bank officers and Sinosure, during the year 2011 CNPV will provide 60 MWp of high performance solar PV modules. The company has agreed to deliver the balance of 240 MWp modules in two installments viz., 96 MWp in 2012 and 144 MWp in 2013. The signed contract is actually a continuation of their currently prevailing productive relationship that has helped in providing cost effective and dependable solutions to the clients.

B. Veerraju Chaudary, CNPV’s Board Member, COO and CTO of the company expressed his happiness about their association with AE Photonics and the current extension of their partnership. He added that such an extension of association with a leading energy developer like AE Photonics will allow the company to assume more opportunities in the solar market segment worldwide, while increasing the brand recognition and market share.

Marco Lamsouguer, AE Photonics Company’s CEO said that his company feels proud about CNPV’s association. He said that it is important for his company to associate with manufacturers of quality PV systems and CNPV has proved its reputation as a quality PV module supplier. He added that his company has zeroed in on CNPV after reading a number of autonomous test reports on other company products and has ultimately found a right partner for a long term relationship.
