Gehrlicher Solar AG has completed construction of three solar plants with a total capacity of 5.23 MW in the Czech Republic. The solar parks are located in Mysliv, Zlonin and Hovorany.
The Company has built the first solar park in Mysliv, which is located 20 km East of Klatovy city. The plant features two SMA inverters and 8.844 Yingli modules. It is capable of generating 1.79 million kW hours of power. The Mysliv-based solar park will meet the energy needs of 510 residents. The plant has begun generating electricity from October 7.
Gehrlicher Solar has done the second PV installation in the city of Zlonin. The company uses two SMA inverters, 9.570 series of Yingli solar modules in the installation. This solar power plant covers an area of 3.3 hectares. The 2.25 MW capacity plant will produce green electricity at a rate of 2.02 million kW hours and cover the requirements of 580 households. The plant will begin operation at the end of October.
The third solar plant construction has been carried out in Hovorany city in the Czech Republic. This plant has an overall performance of 0.99 MW. It has been built to cover energy requirements of 250 families. The Hovorany city-based solar park features 5.508 Sunowe modules. It uses one SMA inverter for converting sunlight into electricity. This park will start producing electricity in November.
