Eclipsall Energy Provides Funds for New Ontario Solar Panel Manufacturing Unit

Eclipsall Energy, an Ontario- based Solar Energy company established in 2009, proclaimed that the company is planning to invest an amount of $10 million Canadian dollars to establish a solar panel manufacturing unit in Ontario.

This is in concurrence with the launch of the Green Energy Act. This facility with a 64 MWp production capacity would be based in the Greater Toronto Area, creating job opportunities for 90 people. The facility would be ready to function by early 2011 and plans are also being considered for expanding the unit later in the year.

According to Les Lyster, Founder of Eclipsall, the company was delighted to utilize the opportunity and wanted to be one of the leaders in Ontario. He continued saying that they were ready to work hard to see that the Eclipsall name is associated with manufacture of high quality solar panels. He also mentioned that the company was committed to the development of a greener and sustainable Ontario.

Rimas B.V, of Netherlands, would be supplying the necessary machinery and equipment to the company. Rimas along with the 3S Group (Meyer Burger), a Swiss -based company has set up the manufacturing lines, and plans to meet all the North American Market demands by using their high quality European Solar Manufacturing expert knowledge in Ontario.
