Here Enterprises Announces Acquisition of First Wind Power Development Project

Here Enterprises announced that it has purchased its first wind power development project. The company acquired the Texas-based Cycle Ranch in September 2010. At present, the company is working towards developing a wind power plant on the Cycle Ranch site.

In September, Here Enterprises had signed deals to acquire 100% of Cycle Ranch and ABS Land Company, as well as to purchase Cycle Ranch Management’s 99% limited partnership interest. All the newly purchased subsidiaries will be called as Cycle Ranch, which will operate the Cycle Ranch Motorcross Park business. Here Enterprises has plans to develop a wind power plant on the Cycle Ranch property that has an established motorcross speedway.

The CEO of Here Enterprises, Mark Ryun, said that the company’s strategy is to co-locate wind power units along with commercial business to generate cash flow by means of clean energy production and onsite business operation.
