CNPV Enters Strategic Partnership Agreement with Donauer Solartechnik

CNPV Solar Power, a company manufacturing solar PV solutions under the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, declared that it has signed a long term partnership agreement with Donauer Solartechnik Vertriebs.

As per the strategic agreement, CNPV would supply a total of 200 MWp of high performance PV modules from 2011 to 2013. They would deliver first a 40 MWp in 2011, a 60 MWp in 2012 and a 100 MWp in 2013.

The COO, Member of the Board and CTO of CNPV, B. Veerraju Chaudary, commented that they were thrilled to have been selected from the extensive list of first ranking suppliers in the world. After undergoing the stringent testing procedures, the company felt happy and privileged to partner Donauer in this business agreement. According to Donauer Solartechnik, Vertriebs’ CEO, Donauer, a thorough and painstaking selection process along with avant-garde products has always helped the company to fulfill and surpass the customer’s expectations. CNPV was chosen not because of the geographical location but on its capabilities and visions of satisfying the end users or the consumers. The agreement is proof of the company’s confidence that jointly both the companies would be able to offer higher investment returns to their customers and expand their markets.

Carl Freudhoefer, Chief Procurment Officer of Donauer further added that their clients and their investment groups needed first-rate security on their investments along with long duration and leading annual returns.
