Suntactics launches its new compact and powerful PC5 iPhone Solar Charger, which would be able to handle all the powerful iPhone applications along with their improvements.
iPhone users have got used to product improvements and new applications and hence expect a lot from the PC5 solar charger. Skype is planning on releasing a new application for iPhones that permits video calls over AT&T’s 3G Network and Wi-Fi. The PC5 Solar Charger is capable of meeting and handling the increasingly demanding applications.
The PC5’s solar array could completely charge a depleted battery in almost two hours and do the same while the iPhone continues to operate. It also includes a proficient circuit design that continuously maximizes the solar energy, which is available from the sun. It does not contain on-board batteries for interrupting the iPhone’s continuous usage. The PC5 is a 5 volt USB Solar Charger delivering 5 Watts.
The company advises against using 12 volt AA battery solar charger panels for charging 5V USB devices, as DC-DC conversion is required and the full power needed would not be obtained. The PC5 solar charger could be used anywhere at ball games, by the pool, at the beach or at picnics for charging iPhones and thus it is the ideal solution for iPhone users who need reliable solar charging and also for iPads and other power devices.
