EGPI Firecreek to Take Over Arctic Solar Engineering

EGPI Firecreek declared that it has signed a binding letter of intent for take over of Arctic Solar Engineering (ASE), which has contracted a new solar installation order from Sheet Metal Workers Union based in St. Louis, Missouri. The take over is expected to get completed in the first week of February 2011.

ASE is engaged in providing Solar Thermal Energy technology (STE) integrating services. Solar Thermal Energy is considered to be the most competent and cost- effective method to use renewable solar energy. The solar collectors utilized for the purpose incorporates a heat pipe design that performs utilizing the basic laws of physics to collect both visible and non-visible sun light waves and convert them into energy. The heat energy is stored in the water or any other liquid filled in the heat pipes and then utilized to heat water and used in heating or cooling the spaces.

ASE will provide a Solar Thermal Energy (STE) system to the new offices of the Sheet Metal Workers Union to supply potable hot water in the office building. The project installation will be completed by OJ Laughlin Plumbing Company, while ASE will provide the required components and supervise the installation.
