Solaire Registers Record Deployment of Residential Solar Systems in 2010

Solaire Energy Systems, a solar power company based in San Diego, has declared that the company achieved record sales in the fiscal 2010 by deploying more than 200 residential photovoltaic solar power systems facilitated by its numerous financing options.

Solaire provides a ‘same as cash’ financing program with unsecured equity or no paperwork and is distributed based on income and credit. The loan requires no payments and interest and operates in combination with rebates and tax credits. Thus, customers can have their solar system with very little paperwork.

Solaire also offers an unsecured loan with low interest for financing wind, solar and other renewable energy systems on a high volume for enterprises and house owners. Clients can also utilize a house equity line of credit to fund their system. The company makes rebate, tax incentive and utility paperwork for their customers who will be eligible for government funding and tax rebates.

Solaire is an active member in the endorsement of the Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing program. The planned solar panel San Diego program would enable municipalities to organize fixed-interest-rate loans for alternative energy systems. These loans will be paid back via property taxes for a period of 20 years.
