Sunvalley Solar Signs MOU with Tianwei SolarFilms to Develop Solar Projects in the USA

Sunvalley Solar declared that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Tianwei SolarFilms to institute a strategical joint venture in the United States.

The companies have identified their common interest in offering solar installation packages, solar power projects incorporating thin film technology, greenhouse design and integration, technical support for solar systems and services. Also, the companies share a common interest to produce solar equipment within the United States of America. The organizations seek to utilize the partnership to augment their individual market share and to reduce the cost of production and other marketing costs.

Some of the common objectives of the strategic partnership include augmenting the business opportunities in designing solar power systems, procuring equipment, completing installations and offering technical services. They also look forward to exchange their experience and technologies for the formulation and installation of solar power systems and equipment, which includes commercialization of their protected and patented technologies. They also planned to perform together in areas of mutual benefit and interest such as manufacture, distribution of advanced solar power system designs, pre-fabricated solar erection products, packaged solution and greenhouse products with the brand name of companies appearing on both the sides of the products. They also look forward to develop a mutual interest in long years of strategic planning, which includes mergers, joint ventures, acquisition, and encouraging local manufacture of products to avoid logistic problems.

Both the companies look-forward to developing greenhouse projects for the U.S. market. While Tianwei SolarFilms will supply its semi-transparent panels and solutions required for the greenhouse projects, SunValey solar will lend its hand in making the market surveys, developing and implementing the project. Based upon their mutual interests, both the parties have agreed to further discuss and develop the partnership.
