Upsolar Receives J-PEC Certification to Enter Japanese Solar Market

Upsolar, a global solar module developer and producer, declared that it has received certification for the system configuration incorporated in its solar modules from the Japan Photovoltaic Expansion Center (J-PEC).

The certification granted J-PEC for meeting the high performance requirements and will enable the residential and commercial solar users in Japan to install Upsolar products and receive solar subsidies from the government.

Upsolar has opened an office in Tokyo and entered the Japanese solar market in 2010. It was working with a Japanese partner for the growth of its business in the country. In order to receive J-PEC certification and review by the company Upsolar has incorporated superior system components in its modules, racking systems and inverters. The company has initiated strict quality control standards in all its factories all over the world.
