CNPV Solar Power Signs Long-term Supply Accord with JIT Solaire

CNPV Solar Power, a multi-product solar company that manufactures cells, wafers, ingots and solar modules, declared that it has contracted a partnership accord with JIT Solaire, a Western France -based solar systems installer and solar projects developer.

Under the terms of the accord, CNPV will provide JIT Solaire 20 MWp worth of solar PV modules between 2011 and 2012. The company will supply 6 MW modules in 2011 and 14 MW modules in 2012.

According to Zhang Shunfu, CEO of CNPV and Veerraju Chaudary COO and Member of the Board of CNPV, the project developing and installing experience of JIT Solaire will provide CNPV the most valued experience of the end user and his inputs, which the company can incorporate in their future manufacturing. They added that the accord will enhance their reach farther into the solar PV buying segment. They also have expressed their happiness in meeting the rigorous product needs of JIT Solaire and to become their long-term PV product supplier from Asia.

Jerome Bailleul, JIT Solaire’s President explained their cautious decision to enter the Asian solar PV market and expressed pleasure in partnering with CNPV and was positive about the mutual business growth of the two companies.
