XsunX Signs Agreement with Globe Future Technology Development to Sell CIGSolar Technology

XsunX, a company that formulates hybrid, thin-film photovoltaic (TFPV) solar cell know-how and production process, declared that it has contracted an accord with Globe Future Technology Development.

The accord will enable Globe Future Technology Development to purchase the solar module production systems and a license to utilize the patented CIGSolar technology of XsunX.

In accordance with the signed clauses of the accord XsunX will supply a baseline production facility and an extra 30 MW CIGSolar manufacturing system to Globe Future to manufacture CIGSolar cells. Both the companies will work together and perform a joint specification to assess  the configuration of new CIGSolar system to satisfy the specific requirements of Globe Future.

After completing the assessment, that the new solar system meets the specifications of the production, Globe Future will arrange to issue a letter-of-credit to XsunX towards payment of the system.
