Siemens Industry has launched a Solar Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) program from the division of Building Technologies. Siemens in partnership with Siemens Financial Services has employed the PPA program.
Without preliminary capital investment in solar equipment, this program permits consumers to take clean solar energy projects for their properties.
There is a demand for solar power and at the same time the initial capital investment is also very high. But, this Siemens Solar PPA program has lessened both the financial and technical obstacles of the customers linked with employing solar energy, so that they receive clean energy and less electricity bills.
The public sector units are mainly benefited from the Siemens Solar PPA program as schools and other government organizations are prohibited from having federal tax incentive benefits for the solar energy projects since they are tax-exempt. The public sector will make use of solar energy from the Siemens Solar PPA program, which is more accessible and in expensive. Siemens has its own solar equipment and erects the project on the property of the customers. The customers work solely with Siemens for the complete project from financing, design, construction, implementation and maintenance. This program can produce electricity in an inexpensive way and also assists customers to have clean and sustainable energy.
The customers who are benefited by Siemens Solar PPA will exclude financing and contractual agreements from a third party. They work with a solitary, economically steady company for the project's whole lifecycle.
